Returns require a return authorization that can be issued by phone or e-mail. Request for return must be made within 30 days of shipment. No returns will be accepted without return authorization. Return authorizations are valid for 10 business days following issue date, and product must be received within those 10 days.
In order to receive a refund, the item must be returned in as-new condition. It is our policy to keep customers happy! If you are not 100% satisfied with our service and products please let us know. Please call to discuss defective items replacement. If it is a product we manufacture, please give us a chance to make it right. If it is manufactured elsewhere we will try our best to help you through dealing with that manufacturer.
freight/shipping charges will not be refunded and the refund is ONLY for the product being returned.
All returns require a tracking number from the courier.
