The Spool Holder does it for you and allows you to set the tension on the spool so that you have smooth, constant pressure while loading your reel.

The Spool Holder is manufactured out of 6061 T6 Marine Aluminum and then Black and Gold Anodized for longer life

The Spool Holder holds bulk spools from 1/4 lb. through 5 lb.
